C#/ASP.NET Senior Developer
We are looking for a senior ASP.NET developer to be part of a small team of dedicated developers building a next- generation web service application. Experience in building scalable enterprise web applications is required.

We need your help to maintain and enhance our application software to meet the need of existing and future customers.

This is a full-time position.

Applicants should have 2+ years ASP.NET experience. Excellent communication skills required.

The following skillsets are required:

VisualStudio .NET 2003, C# and ASP.NET
Experience with AJAX / JavaScript
Experience with SQL Server 2000, database design and stored procedures
Experience with Perl

Junior Technical Support Analyst
This role is ideal suited for a people-oriented technical support person looking to grow their application support background into project/client management.

The primary focus of this position, to start, is:

Receiving, logging and prioritizing all services requests from external and internal customers
Performing basic to intermediate diagnostics
Escalating requests that require additional attention to the appropriate internal group
Testing application and system changes
Acting as the primary customer contact until requests are closed
Supporting new customer implementations

Qualified applicants must have:

Programming skills in javascript/perl
Excellent diagnostic skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Working knowledge of MS Excel, HTML and MS-SQL

Preferred skills and experience include:

1 year+ of experience in an IT help desk role
Working knowledge of inventory management systems
Working knowledge of the application service provider model
Quality assurance testing
