President
Paul has been delivering supply chain solutions for over 20 years. He's dedicated to finding simple solutions to complex inventory problems. Paul has worked with IBM, Hewlett Packard, Numetrix, The Baan Company and i2 Technologies. While at Baan, he successfully established the North American Reseller Channel. Paul also was President of i2 North, the exclusive Canadian distributor for i2 Technologies. He holds a physics degree from the University of Toronto.

Ken Town
Vice President Research and Technology
With a bachelor degree of commerce from the University of Ottawa and Copenhagen Business School and over a decade of experience working in the IT sector with companies like Boeing and Nortel, Ken has developed a keen sense of business operations. For the past four years, Ken has been the prime architect of the Clear Spider application. Ken upholds the overall design of the application in ensuring its ease-of-use.

Brock Filman
Director of Customer Service
Brock is a seasoned professional in the world of technology. With 23 years of IT experience, Brock brings a wealth of expertise to Clear Spider and our customers. While with HP, Brock held numerous positions in the consulting, manufacturing, project management, engineering and technical sectors. His passion for providing excellent customer service hold him in good stead as Director of Customer Service at Clear Spider. He holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of Guelph.

Carlo Santia
Director of Business Devlopment
Carlo has been developing business relationships in the IT sector for over 10 years. Having worked with software leaders such as SAP, JDE, and Cincom, Carlo brings a wealth of software experience to his role in creating and managing global partnerships. He received his Engineering degree from Ryerson University.
